In the first phase of the Morinda compensation plan, we focus on the entry point—an easily duplicatable system that will earn you enough money to greatly supplement your regular income. These income opportunities are available to you starting day one of your partnership with Morinda. Personal Rebate Personal Rebate is a 20% rebate given to IPCs that are on a 120QV AutoShip option and purchase more that 120QPV within a month. This rebate is paid on the Commissionable Volume (CV) of the products purchased after the first 120QPV.
Fast Start Bonus (FSB) Fast Start Bonus is a bonus that rewards IPCs for enrolling new IPCs. This bonus is paid (www.mlmlegal.com) to Personal Sponsors during the Fast Start Period of the new IPC. The Fast Start Period starts when the new IPC makes his or her first commissionable purchase and lasts for the next 60 days. In order to receive Fast Start Bonus, Personal Sponsors need to meet the following requirements:
Fast Start Bonus is paid every Friday through 5 Generations as shown in the chart below. Income-Based Titles These titles are in addition to our paid-as titles and will be incorporated into recognition and event qualifications.

TrūAge BONUS The TrūAge Bonus is paid to IPCs who sell 5 or more TrūAge Packs in a month. These Packs can be purchased by IPCs on their personal account to sell later, or sold directly to other IPCs or Customers on the first generation. The TrūAge Bonus percentages vary according to the number of packs IPCs sell.

CONVERSION – BUILD RESIDUAL INCOME The next stage of the Morinda Compensation Plan is conversion. In this stage, our focus is not only supplementing your income, but putting you on the path to replacing your income completely. When you enter the conversion stage, you are a full-time independent Morinda business owner. You are the leader of an organization, you attend targeted training events and your income grows significantly. Below you will new and exciting revenue opportunities associated with the conversion stage. Unilevel Payout The Unilevel payout is the default payout for Morinda’s compensation plan. All IPC purchases that are not made during the Fast Start period (first 60 days of an IPC account) are paid through Unilevel.

In order to qualify for different levels of payment, an IPC must meet certain title qualifications. The title and the number of levels which they qualify for is outlined below:
TrūPerformance Bonus The TrūPerformance Bonus is a bonus that rewards IPCs for growing their organization. IPCs may become eligible to receive the TrūPerformance Bonus by increasing their AutoShip volume on four levels (ASQV4) by 35%. The bonus pool is made up of 2% of Morinda’s Global CV, and TrūPerformance Bonus qualifiers will receive a pro-rata share of that percentage. Car Bonus The Car Bonus will award $1,000 to Morinda Regional Executive (MRE) qualifiers. IPCs who maintain MRE title qualifications every month will continue to receive the bonus. Advocacy – Wealth Building You have successfully replaced your regular income as a full-time Morinda (www.mlmlegal.com) partner. So what’s next? Advocacy—the final stage in the Morinda compensation plan. Advocacy is about building wealth. It’s about a legacy—something you can leave for future generations. Advocacy is living the lifestyle you’ve always wanted for yourself: glitzy vacations, glamorous incentives, overwhelming rewards. The income opportunities available to you in the Advocacy stage are extremely lucrative. INFINITY BONUS This Infinity Bonus rewards top producing leaders for building and working with IPCs outside of their normal 8 level pay range. The resulting bonus usually represents a significant payout in the monthly checks of Morinda’s executive IPC leadership. This bonus rewards IPCs for doing two things, building a large volume base and advancing to the upper titles of the company. Morinda dedicates 3% of the company’s global sales each month to the Infinity Bonus. BLACK PEARL BONUS This 3% quarterly bonus truly is Morinda’s signature Bonus Pool. It is called the Shared Success Bonus because it rewards leaders who help their organizations succeed. Morinda’s Black Pearl Bonus is unique because once an IPC achieves the title of Black Pearl, not only they are rewarded, but their Diamonds and even their Pearls get a bonus as well!
