Founding Story
Neways’s primary manufacturing facility is in Salem, Utah and is headquarters in Springville, Utah. Neways became incorporated in 1992 and now operates in 29 countries around the world. 1992 was also the year in which Neways introduced health and wellness products to its already successful personal care line. 2003 was the year that Neways completed building its corporate headquarters in Springville, Utah and also opened for business in Germany.
In 2006, Golden Gate Capital, a California equity firm, acquired Neways.

In 2005, Eric Larsen became the company’s CEO. He has 17 years of executive-level experience in management, corporate operations, training, marketing, and sales. He has worked in over 40 countries throughout the Americas, Asia, Africa, and Europe, and also speaks fluent Spanish.
