Founding Story
The Conklin Company, Inc. has been in business for over 35 years. In the 1920s, Harry Conklin, an innovative chemist and engineer, created some of the organization’s first products that included cleaners, petroleum conditioners, and lubricant (www.mlmlegal.com) additives. To achieve the title of Director, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Be an active District Manager.

  • Personally sponsor twelve or more active IBOs or Customers.

  • Develop two or more active first-generation District Managers.

  • Personally purchase or upgrade to a Wholesale Training Package.

  • Meet organization volume requirement of $12,000 in three of the preceding six cycles. If the first $12,000 cycle is six cycles back, the Director appointment must be made on the Monday before the close of the most current cycle.

  • Attend Conklin Business Seminar (CBS) in the past three years. If it has been more than three years since attending, you may audit this program, attend Successful Sales Manager or Back to Basics.

  • Be a current subscriber to a Conklin Business Website or an active VoiceLink member.

  • Have an account in good standing, with no unpaid balance (NSF, Net Due or Net 30 in arrears).

  • Submit the most current Director Manager Application and Field Management Agreement to Business Marketing.

How do I become a District Manager?

  • Be an active Sales Manager.

  • Personally sponsor six or more active Independent Business Owners or Customers.

  • Develop two or more first-generation Sales Managers.

  • Meet organization volume requirements of $6,000 in three of preceding six cycles.  If the first $6,000 cycle is six cycles back, the District Manager appointment must be made on the Monday before the close of the most current cycle. 

  • Personally purchase or upgrade to a Wholesale Training Package. 

  • Must have attended Conklin Business Seminar (CBS) within 3 years of appointment date.  If more than three years , you may audit Conklin Business Seminar, attend Successful Sales Manager or Back to Basics within the past three years.

  • Have an account in good standing, with no unpaid balance (NSF, Net Due or Net 30 in arrears).

  • Submit the most current District Manager Application and Field Management Agreement to Business Marketing.
