Golden retriever's the most beauty, luxus, the most best breed. I have got a golden retriever, it's a she dog, her name's Sherry. She's best.

Most registered breeders would not be that cheap - simply because the paperwork needed and vet costs of properly seeing a golden retriever through to giving birth are so high (unless money is no object to them). Another option is adoption of an older golden retriever. Many golden retrievers are given up for adoption through no fault of their own (work commitments, family splits etc.) and they would love to be the centre of a new family.

Hi, My husband and I purchased a golden from a backyard breeder 5 years ago for $400. She is beautiful (not show quality, but very pretty) and is an extremely well behaved dog (VERY easy to train). She does have a medical issue though. She has a severe hypo-thyroid condition, which requires medication twice a day. I think it's best to adopt from a reputable breeder for around $600-800 to insure health and temperament of the animal - upwards becomes show quality, which you don't really need.

Lol, I love how you comment on someone not being smart enough to do something, but you spell the word "Right" incorrectly.

They're the best dogs--my dog looks like a mutt compared to other golden beautys but he's AKC registered..still a great dog though

Goldens are a calm breed and so would be a breed that might be well suited from that point of view. If you have a specific issue though then you would probably be better advised to seek professional help (from a qualified dog trainer / whisperer) when you are working with any dog.

well if i have fears from dogs... a dog like Golden Retriever can help me to solve this problem?

Tone of voice has a lot to do with it. Even without knowing what the words mean they can tell when you are happy with them. A short harsher sound (like 'a') will let them know if they are doing, or about to do, something you don't like. With training it is often more productive to praise what they are doing right, rather than punish anything that may be wrong.

i was thinking of getting a golden retriever puppy but i heard that you cant growl or get angry at them. I dont do this to animals but i was wondering how i can be firm but not mean if you get me??

Goldens are relatively easy to train compared to many other breeds. One of the main benefits to puppy classes is that it will help with socializing your puppy to other people and dogs. It is also fun. :-) Even if you do go to classes, you will still need to work on your puppy's training at home.

yeah its a good thing to train dogs, but dont overdo it...they still need to be able to have fun and this video slightly makes it seem as if dogs do everything the owner says w/o even considering the dog's natural behaviors.

i agree...some just want them to show off when they dont even love them but instead abuse them

Such wonderful advice! So many people treat dogs like they're just another item they're supposed to have like an obnoxiously large SUV, HD TV, or XBOX360. Dogs are part of the family and require time and training commitments.
