Founding Story
The CEO and Founder of Pro Image International, Inc. is Tony Shaw. Mr. Shaw was raised in Washington, Pennsylvania and graduated from Louisiana State University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in 1969. Mr. Shaw also was a U.S. Marine Corps pilot.
Mr. Shaw entered into the direct selling industry as an independent distributor with Espree Cosmetics Corporation and was so successful that he was asked to join the company’s corporate staff as the National Development Director.
Mr. Shaw then went on to work with Mary Kay Cosmetics as the Director of Sales Development. He spent ten years with Mary Kay before joining Arbonne International as the Vice President of Marketing.Mr. Shaw founded Pro Star (Fruta Vida International, now Pro Image International) in the summer of 1995. He has since developed contracts with fitness centers, health food stores, and GNC.

Important Uni-Level Plan Guidelines
You are only allowed one business entity (position within the company's plan) per household. This industry standard will be enforced for the good of and the protection of all Pro Image members.
All personally sponsored new members are placed onto your first level, keeping the integrity of the uni-level plan intact. There is no optional placement feature in this next generation uni-level compensation plan.
All Business Associates must have an active monthly autoship profile of 100 PV for Executive and above in order to qualify for certain bonuses. Presidents must maintain ( www.mlmlegal.com ) the VIP monthly autoship status to qualify for the Leadership Bonus.
